The family cottage kitchen blends rustic character with an abundance of natural light. To maximize the sun pouring in through the windows and skylight, the space intentionally skips upper cabinetry to keep open sight lines. White perimeter cabinetry and a soft gray center island give this kitchen crisp, clean lines. These are complimented by rustic exposed wood beams, a custom wood range hood, and patterned tile backsplash that bring texture and warmth into the design.
